The Assistant Pastors of New Hope International Church.

Pastor Caesar has been a member of New Hope International Church since 1996. He came to Seattle, Washington in 1993 after graduating from the University of Idaho with a Degree in Education. He later received his teaching credentials while in Seattle. This led him to teaching at the elementary level for five years. During his last year of teaching, he could sense God calling him to serve Him as a full-time servant and was ordained a pastor in 2000. Since then, one of his heart's desire has been to help God's people walk in the authority, power, and victory that was given to them through the Cross. Pastor Caesar is currently serving as the Assistant Pastor of Hope of Seattle Church, unit leader, Director of Maturity and co-director of the Annual Church Camp.

In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, fellowshipping with friends and spending quality time with family. He is married to Naly, who is a faithful and diligent servant of God. Naly is very active in church administration and has been the Annual Church Camp Director for many years. Together, they have two beautiful daughters, Lydia and Kara.
