After practicing as a neurosurgeon and pastoring at a church in East part of Thailand for three years, the Lord sent him and his family to the United States in 1985 to study at the Department of Neurological Surgery of the University of Washington's School of Medicine where he became a chief resident. At the same time, he felt called and compelled by God and encouraged by Pastor Joseph Wongsak to start a church in Seattle with only a few new converts.  In the midst of beginning his medical practice in a new and foreign land, together Ps. Lao and Ps. Da stepped out in faith to start the church in the basement of their North Seattle home.

God blessed Ps. Lao abundantly as his medical practice flourished from the start.  Over the years Ps. Lao, Ps. Da and the leadership team faithfully serve the Lord with the passion to see souls saved and the Church of Jesus Christ be established in America and all over the world.  The visions that God has placed in their heart stir them to seek for more of the Holy Spirit in their own lives and for His work that lay ahead.   

During that time, Ps. Lao was able to attend a revival conference in Tampa, FL where he was touched by the Fire of God.  A new mantle from the Lord came upon him, with fresh fire and passion, to see those who are lost and hurting be set free and deliver through the supernatural encounter with the presence of God.  Ps. Lao knew that this was where God was guiding him to lead the church and to preach the gospel with the demonstration of the power of the Holy Spirit.  The Lord wants him to take the reality of the Kingdom of Heaven to the heart of the people.  God commissioned him to preach the Good News that is not just a religion of concepts and ideas, but to be the vessel that brings the glory of Jesus Christ, who is still lives and walks among His people.

Ps. Da Laohaprasit is a faithful and dedicated co-labor in building the church of Jesus Christ.  She oversees the spiritual and daily operations of the church along with evangelism and intercessory prayer ministries.  And she is also actively involved in the children's ministry.  She has a gift of encouragement, inspiring people to believe that God can use their gifts and talents to share the love of God with others. 

Today, we see that many lives have been saved, healed, delivered, changed and trained.  People are being delivered from the power of darkness. Many are set free from sickness and bondage.  The manifested presence of God has transformed many ordinary people to fully devoted disciples of Jesus Christ.  The Lord has opened doors for Ps. Lao to take the Fire of God back to his home country, Thailand, along with other areas of Asia. 

In their free time, Ps. Lao and Da Laohaprasit enjoy spending time together. They have three children, Tanida, Joy and Paul.  All three of their children and son in-law, Brendan Aye, are actively serving the Lord together in the building and expanding the Kingdom of God.
